Volunteers can be individuals, groups, corporations, parents, teens, or even kids.

 

Fundraising

•  Host an Event - A fundraising event can range from large and extravagant to small and simple. Golf tournaments, auctions, dinners, concerts, or a bake sale can be effective fundraisers. Or sponsor the location for an office or school blood or marrow Drive.

•  Sponsor a Casual/Hat Day at Your Office - Give students or co-workers a chance to ditch their ties or heels to dress casual for the day. People can donate $1 or more to dress down. Make it a one time event or make it weekly or monthly.

•  Penny War - Kids can collect pennies and compete between each other, classrooms or grades.

•  Lemonade Stand - Kids set up a lemonade stand at your parents garage sale can be a fun way to raise funds.

•  Craft Sale/Art Show - Creative kids can sell their art. Invite people to view and purchase your artwork, photos, jewelry, or whatever your special craft is and donate the money earned.
